Holt Renfrew x La Prairie WeChat Moment Ad and Mini Program
This first in market WeChat program promoted the La Prairie Skin Caviar Luxe Eye Cream and drove over 1,400 customers to La Prairie counters at Holt Renfrew locations across Canada, achieving double the number of impressions and clicks compared to the industry average. Due to the success both externally and internally, the program was selected by Holt Renfrew’s SVP, Marketing for inclusion as one of three top marketing initiatives of the year in a business report to Selfridges Group (Holt Renfrew’s previous parent company).
